Mickey has over 29 years of experience working in Healthcare. After graduating with a B.A. from Millsaps College, Mickey started his career working for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Mississippi before moving to a small hospital owned HMO, then United Healthcare and finally finishing his Health Plan experience back at BCBSMS. Mickey moved into the Life Science space in 2005 working for Medtronic Spine, Cochlear Americas and now with Wright Medical. Mickey is a certified Managed Healthcare Professional with AHIP and has a certificate in Health Economics from the University of Washington.

Kari joined Wright Medical in 2016 and currently serves as the Director of Health Policy and Reimbursement Operations. Kari has 24 years of tenure in Medical Technology commercialization, having spent the last 18 years dedicated to ensuring patient access to therapy across the continuum of pharmaceuticals, biologics and medical device. Her experience includes launching start-up Market Access departments, leading Payer Engagement and Provider Reimbursement field teams, oversight of Health Policy and Government Affairs, directing Value and Outcomes development programs, as well as operational management of Patient Support services. Kari lives in Fort Worth with her daughter close by attending Texas Christian University.

Caryn started her healthcare career instructing health statistics and health economics at junior colleges. She then moved into budget and contract negotiations for oncology, cardiovascular and orthopedic clinical trials. She has been with Wright Medical since 2014 and has contributed in operations and analytical roles, and joined the Reimbursement & Market Access team, as Senior Project Manager, in 2019. Caryn has a BBA in Economics from Belmont University and MBA from Cumberland University.

Mark Spinnato joined Wright Medical through the CARTIVA acquisition last year after serving as the company’s Director of Market Access and Reimbursement. He transitioned into the Director of Reimbursement, Regional Access position for the South East and South Central regions. Mark has 14+ years of medical device reimbursement experience and has worked with various companies including Medtronic, Intersect ENT and J&J. Prior to moving to the device industry, he managed provider networks and negotiated hospital contracts for commercial payers. Mark lives in the Tamp Bay area with his wife and two children.

Alicia has over 15 years experience in Reimbursement, Market Access and Health Policy. Prior to joining Wright Medical last year, Alicia has worked for Johnson & Johnson and Genentech, Inc., as well as a private Orthopedic practice. Alicia resides in the Bay Area.
